You add your car to My garage, then post a swap ad with up to 4 things you have and up to 4 things you want (a specific model or variant, any car from a brand, or cash). Other members browse, message you, and agree a swap between themselves. WYG never takes a cut and never handles money or cars.

Yes. The Free plan lets you list a car and post ads. Paid plans add more cars, faster posting, alerts, analytics and no ads. There's no commission on swaps on any plan. See Upgrade.

Each plan has a wait between ads: Free 12 hours, Lite 6 hours, Plus 4 hours, Pro 2 hours, Super 1 hour, Ultimate 30 minutes. Your Post page shows when you can post next. If you just moved up to a higher plan, you can post once straight away, skipping the wait.

Alerts tell you when someone posts a car you're looking for. Lite and Plus get an hourly summary by email and phone, and Pro and above get instant alerts with a pop-up and sound. Plus and above also get a reminder when they can post again. Turn on phone notifications in Account. On iPhone, add WYG to your Home Screen first.

Go to Account and press Manage billing / cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Changing to a different plan is done on the Upgrade page, and upgrades are charged straight away.

On the log in page choose Forgot password and we'll email you a reset link (check spam). If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.

Check for finance owing, match the VIN to the paperwork, inspect the car and meet somewhere safe. Our safe swap checklist walks you through it. WYG doesn't verify cars or people.

Use the Report button on any ad, or send us a message with the Feedback tab. We review reports and can remove ads or suspend accounts.

In Account, scroll to the bottom and choose delete account. It cancels any paid plan and removes your cars, photos, ads and messages.

Share your invite link from Account. When a friend signs up through it and posts their first ad, you get 14 days of Lite free, for up to 10 friends.
