What WYG is

WYG is a listing board. We help people find each other to swap vehicles. We are not a party to any swap, we don't own, inspect or hold any vehicle, and we don't handle payments between users.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you post and for any deal you make. Inspect the vehicle, check the paperwork (ownership, finance owing, registration, roadworthy and any legal requirements where you live) and use your own judgement before swapping.

We don't verify users, vehicles, photos, valuations or ratings. Value guides on WYG are rough estimates, not appraisals.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to own and transfer the vehicles you list. One person, one account.

What you can post

Only vehicles you own or are authorised to swap, with honest details and photos of the actual vehicle. No stolen, written-off-but-hidden, or illegal vehicles, no scams, no harassment, and nothing unlawful. We can remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payments

Free and paid plans differ in limits such as cars, posting frequency and advertising. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from the Upgrade page; cancelling stops future charges and the plan ends at the end of the paid period. We don't take a commission on swaps.

Liability

WYG is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from swaps, from other users' content or conduct, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use WYG after a change means you accept it.
